Change your e-mail address

You can change your email address directly on the Account page. It is important to note that when you change your email address, with a Basic account, you will be logged out and lose unsaved data as a result.

We can also assist if you submit a request via email (from both addresses, to verify that they belong to you) to info@classroomscreen.com.

Be sure to include the following information:

  • What is the email address of your current account?
  • What should the new email address* be?

*Please ensure that no Classroomscreen account has been created with this email address - if there is one, please delete it. 

Can't send an email from your old (Pro) account?

If you can no longer send emails from the address you need to change, we can alternatively verify that the Classroomscreen account is yours in one of the two ways listed below.

  1. Provide us with the last four digits of the credit card you used to purchase your Pro subscription.
  2. Send us a screenshot of the payment of the subscription from your bank account (only the payment and the date are enough).
