Deleting cookies

Classroomscreen uses Cookies to make the App function properly and sometimes a problem can be solved by deleting the cookies stored for "classroomscreen.com". Below you will find instructions that assist with this in consideration of various browsers. After deleting your Cookies you will always have to login again.

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome  .
  2. At the top right, click More     Settings  . 
  3. Click Privacy and security  Cookies and other site data.
  4. Click See all site data and permissions.
  5. At the top right, search for "classroomscreen.com".
  6. To the right of the site, click Remove . 
  7. To confirm, click Clear.

Firefox

  1. Open Firefox on your computer.
  2. At the top right, click the menu button   Settings   .
  3. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.
  4. Click the Manage Data… button. The Manage Cookies and Site Data dialog will appear.
  5. In the Search websites field, type "classroomscreen.com". Items that match your search will be displayed.
  6. To remove selected items, select an entry and click Remove Selected.
  7. Click Save Changes.
  8. In the Removing Cookies and Site Data confirmation dialog that opens, click OK.

Safari

  1. Select Preferences under the Safari menu.
  2. Select the Privacy tab.
  3. Select Manage Website Data.
  4. Search for "classroomscreen.com" and select Remove.
  5. Select Done.
