Enable Camera and/or microphone in Firefox

If you are using the Firefox browser on your device and are having trouble accessing your camera or microphone then this could be because you've disabled access to it somewhere in your browser settings. Please follow the steps below to enable your microphone and/or camera for Classroomscreen.

Step 1

Open the Firefox browser, select the menu icon in the upper right corner, and click on "Preferences".

Step 2

Click on Privacy & Security on the left.

Step 3

Scroll down to the "Permissions" heading.

Step 4

In your Camera & Microphone settings, ensure that Classroomscreen.com is set to "Allow".

Step 5

Restart Firefox.
