Loading errors

If you are experiencing unusual page or widget loading behavior, it is recommended that you do a page refresh that bypasses your cache. Please refer to the instructions below in this case.

In most Windows and Linux browsers: Hold down Ctrl and press F5.

In Apple Safari: Hold down ⇧ Shift and click the Reload toolbar button. Then close and restart the Safari browser.

In Chrome and Firefox for Mac: Hold down both ⌘ Cmd+⇧ Shift and press R.
