Your current subscription or plan

On the Account page, you can see which subscription you have. You can access the Account page via Your Dashboard by clicking on the 'Home' icon, in the upper left-hand corner of your screen. From there, click on the button in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.

At least one of the following four will be displayed:

Basic: You have a Basic (free) account.

Trial: You have started a 14-day Pro trial.

Pro: Your account has been upgraded to Pro.

Organization admin: You have an organization account and can Issue And Manage Licenses.

Subscription details

On the Subscription Page you can locate information about your subscription, such as the renewal date. If you click on "Manage Subscriptions & Payments" you will be redirected to the secure portal of Stripe (our payment provider) where you can cancel or renew your subscription or change your payment details.
