Work Symbols

With the Work Symbols widget, your students can mind what communication rule applies as they are busy at work. This widget provides everyone with a clear indication of where things stand with just a quick glance at the screen.

How it works

Choose between: ‘work together', ‘ask neighbor’, ‘whisper' or ‘silence'. This visual reminder clarifies how students can interact with one another when working on an assignment. You can also click on the double-sided arrow at the bottom of the widget to spin it around! This way, you can modify the angle the widget is displayed, anywhere from 0 - 180 degrees.

Sound

In the widget setting, you can switch the sound effects on and off. When enabled, a subtle noise is made if you change between symbols. These effects are automatically saved for users with a Basic and Pro account.
